Shipping Policy

At Moii, we ensure that your order is shipped safely and transparently.

Delivery Time (Handling and Transit Time) The total delivery time for your order consists of our handling time plus the carrier's transit time.

  • Handling time: We pack and ship your order within 3 to 5 business days (Monday-Friday) after placing the order.

  • Transit time (Denmark): Once the parcel is shipped, the transit time is usually 2 to 3 business days. The total estimated delivery time in Denmark is therefore 5 to 8 business days.

  • Transit time (EU): Once the parcel is shipped, the transit time is usually 2 to 8 business days. The total estimated delivery time in the EU is therefore 5 to 13 business days.

During periods of unusually high demand, for pre-orders, or product launches, the handling time may be longer. In such cases, this will be clearly stated on the product page or in your order confirmation.

Delivery Area and Parcel Shop We deliver to Denmark and selected EU countries. Any restrictions will be shown at checkout.

All orders are delivered to a parcel shop (pickup point). The choice of carrier and parcel shop is made by Moii and cannot be selected or changed by the customer at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and information about which parcel shop your parcel will be delivered to.

Shipping Rates The shipping cost is always clearly stated in the shopping cart before the purchase is completed.

  • Shipping rates in Denmark:

    • Orders under 395 DKK: 39 DKK for shipping.

    • Orders of 395 DKK or more: Free shipping.

  • Shipping rates in the EU:

    • Flat shipping rate: EUR 13,95

(Any offers for free shipping will be stated separately and only apply under the specified conditions).

Delayed Delivery If your delivery, contrary to expectations, is significantly delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible. Moii cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, severe weather conditions, strikes, or other force majeure events beyond our control.

Collection at Parcel Shop It is the customer's responsibility to collect the parcel at the parcel shop within the carrier's specified deadline. If the parcel is not collected in time and is therefore returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a shipping fee to resend the parcel.

Damaged Parcels If your parcel is visibly damaged upon collection at the parcel shop, we recommend that you:

  1. Take clear pictures of the parcel (before opening it).

  2. Contact us as soon as possible at kmj@moiicopenhagen.com.

We will quickly find a solution together.
