Thoroughly tested watering system
The inner pot contains an invisible but well-thought-out system that ensures the plant gets exactly the right amount of water it needs. The specially developed wicks draw water up at a steady pace that matches the plant's natural needs. At the bottom of the inner pot are drainage holes that lead excess water back into the reservoir. The soil is kept moist without being soggy, and root health is significantly improved.

How to succeed
Use an airy soil mixture with about 50 percent potting soil and the rest perlite, leca or bark. Fill the reservoir with water until the indicator shows the correct level. The wick then ensures even moisture so that the plant neither drowns nor dries out. Check the indicator occasionally and top up with water when the level drops. It requires no experience and gives a plant that thrives day after day.

The self-watering pot is designed for the most common houseplants found in your local garden center. It is especially suitable for plants that thrive with even moisture in the soil. Examples

Unfortunately, the pot cannot be put in the dishwasher and must be washed by hand in lukewarm water.
It is not recommended to use it outdoors.

Getting started with your Moii planter
- Remove the inner pot: Take the black inner pot out of the outer pot.
- Check the wick: Ensure the wick is positioned correctly, reaching down into the bottom of the pot and up into the soil area.
- Prepare the plant: Remove the plant from its original plastic nursery pot.
- Loosen the roots: Gently remove the excess soil from around the roots.
- Pot your plant: Place the plant in the black inner pot and fill the space around the roots with an airy potting soil mix.
- Attach the indicator: Place the indicator on the side of the pot.
- Open the inlet: Remove the lid from the water inlet.
- Fill the reservoir: Pour water into the reservoir.
- Monitor the level: Keep an eye on the indicator. When it drops, it’s time to refill the water.
